You are looking at a handmade sterling silver turquoise pendant. The natural turquoise gemstone is Kings Manassa turquoise. The green turquoise has a nice pattern of silver inlay in the stone. As you can see this turquoise pendant also has a nice southwestern silver design.  Chain sold separately.
